I led two Genshin Impact partnerships, one in July 2024 and a second in December 2025

July 2024: Social Partnership with +150M impressions

I led a social collaboration between Duolingo and Genshin Impact. We joined forced for their 2024 Summer Update featuring Klee.

Duo cosplayed as Klee, showed up at Anime Expo, and met up with cosplayers. We also launched a full scale influencer push into the Genshin fandom and promoted a shared promo code on our socials.

The results?

40M owned impressions, 16M partner impressions, 94M influencer impressions

$60k revenue from bookings.

$5k.

December 2025: In-App Partnership with +750k users

After the success of the first partnership, Genshin and Duolingo teamed up again for a bigger, in-app partnership.

Genshin Impact became our first in-app partner event, driving Genshin users to our app to earn rewards they could redeem in Genshin.

We activated marketing again but this time for all of our local markets, I coordinated across Latin America, Brazil, France, Germany, Korea, South East Asia, Japan, and India

The results?

24M owned impressions, 46M partner impressions, 10M influencer impressions

340k new users and 410k resurrected users.

$3k.
