Leading the team through change
Since July 2025, I’ve been leading the social team as Interim Head of Social. The team consists of 4 content creators and 1 program manager.
We’ve gone through some turbulent times since our CEO released the AI First memo, cancelling our brand online. I led the team through this backlash and the change happening while we rebuild our brand online. In the past 6 months, we’ve decreased negative sentiment from 25% of our comments to 5% and regained 300k of the 400k followers we lost on TikTok.
